Bought this a month or so ago when our hood microwave went out. It is very spacious. It doesn't cook faster that our previous microwave so we have to be cognizant of that so we don't burn or overcook food. Our particular unit kinda has a weird plastic like smell when we use it but could be due to being new and breaking in. Overall pleased.

I bought this for a relatives house warming. They wanted a large microwave that would have a large turn table. When they unwrapped this microwave they were excited. It's been a couple months now and my relatives tell me every time i see them about how much they like the size of the microwave and the sensor cook functions. The sensor helps them take the guess work out of heating or reheating food. Also helps over cooking.

I bought this in 2016. Though did not install and begin using till August of 2018. It quit working, middle of cooking shut off and smelt terribly of plastic. I'm sure with my luck I'm just out of warranty or something like that. This wasnt a cheap microwave either and to only get a year use out of it is such a disappointment. Hopefully I'll be able to reach customer service tomorrow since it is a holiday today.

I bought this about a month ago and it works as expected. i couldn't give it 5 stars because about a week ago the time/clock screen was stuck on "34" tried changing time, setting power level, etc. nothing seemed to erase the "34". I finally unplugged the microwave and plugged it back in and the issue was resolved. Other than that the microwave works well!

I always try to buy Frigidaire when possible. I loved this microwave. No problems till couple days ago. Barely year and half old. The unit wont shut off when the door opens. The repair may be possible but pricey. I paid 240 for it new. Not dropping more money in it. Wrote customer service about it and no response. I am in process of trying to find new microwave. And it looks like I am looking at other brands. Not fun and more money out of my pocket.

From time to time the digital display will lose the time. It will show a random number that cannot be changed. In order to show the correct time, I have to unplug the microwave and then plug it back in. At this point I can reset the time display. The features and functions are great when the device is working. However, four times during the last week, the display would show "0.50 am" or some other number and all controls are frozen. I just unplug the unit; wait a few seconds and plug it back in. Works just like it should.

I purchased this microwave through the Walmart online store. It was delivered by a third party. Although the unit appeared undamaged, it would not work. The time could be set but it would only power up and actually microwave for about two seconds and then completely shut down. The screen went blank and it would not work. It was quite an ordeal to get it returned for a refund. Extremely disappointed with this particular Frigidaire appliance.

The microwave light went out in about 8 weeks after purchase. The warranty did not cover it and Frigidaire did not know how to replace it. Frigidaire referred me to factory warranty who charged $50 to diagnose the cause plus parts costs. Still cookingmicrowaving in the dark.

Caught potatoes on fire using sensor cook

Horrible microwave. This is our second one in a year because the auto-cook features do not work! Literally caught potatoes on fire in microwave using the sensor cook. They had holes poked in them and were on a microwave safe plate. We were lucky enough that the store we purchased from replaced the first one after the auto cook failed to turn off and caught the food on fire. We used the newly replaced microwave for months will no issue UNTIL we tried to use the sensor cook button again, potatoes caught on fire and now my entire house smells like we had a house fire. Will never buy from this company again!
