I have been disappointed with the quality of this refrigerator. The wheels broke off of the vegetable drawers within a couple of months. I bought it a little over a year ago and now the icemaker is not working. It should definitely last longer than this.

I like the style of this refrigerator but I have had this same problem with the wheels breaking off on the crisper drawers. Also the icemaker often makes a very loud buzzing noise that sounds rather dangerous. In addition the indicator light for the water dispenser has gone out. I bought this refrigerator less than two years ago, the quality has been disappointing.

Bought my fridge 4/14/22, I did not have it for a year before the freezer portion stopped working. Not only do I have a non working freezer, but to make it worse I am having to spend a considerable amount of my time calling frigidaire, olums(the place i bought the fridge from), other service providers to try to resolve the issue. I just feel its not right, if you have a product and it stops working as advertised, the process should be made as simple as possible for the customer to get the issue resolve. Unfortunately, this is not the case with frigidaire. They had no problem taking my money when I originally bought the product, now that it doesn't work and it's still in warranty, all the sudden they are no where to be found really.

My Crisper drawer Rollers stripped out of the assembly and it cannot be repaired. To order a new draw is almost $250 . Poorly constructed . I spent a lot on this Refrigerator and it's a year old .I will do without it for now but I recommend anyone looking for a refrigerator find one that's built Better.

The roller on the shelf bracket for the right drawer broke off. This refrigerator is 14 months old. Service representative told me this is cosmetic and I need to buy a new bracket for $181.49. On the two drawers, the plastic where the screws go in is braking down and the screw are not longer holding the roller. Pictures are attached. How can the say this is cosmetic.

I bought this refrigerator about 18 months ago and it is great. The only problem is that once notified that the filter needed replacing by a message on the front panel, I purchased the correct Frigidaire filter and ran 3 gallons of water through it, but the "WATER FILTER REPLACE" light remains on.

We love our new refrigerator. It is spacious and provides for complete organized storage of our perishable products. The icemaker makes the PERFECT size cubes and the water dispenser quickly fills any size drinking container. It is just a great appliance all around.

The water comes out of the refrigerator warm!! What a stupid refrigerator to sell in Florida! I certainly would not have bought this Frigidaire if I'd have known that!! The salesman was evidently more interested in making a sale than doing what was right. In Florida, a cold drink of water is a must!!!

This icemaker is a joke I have had it repaired 5 * through warranty my warranty is almost up and I'll still have a problem with the ice maker I really wish Frigidaire would do something about the screwed up ice maker that's in this refrigerator I need help. I wish I could get a new refrigerator or my money back

We purchased this fridge since 10/21. The ice maker never filled up with ice even the first month we had it. We have had several technicians come out to fix it but same issue. It makes about 8 oz of ice if that! I really would like to replace this fridge for a side by side.

We bought our Frigidaire refrigerator in August 2021 and it has not worked properly since the day it was delivered. The appliance repair company has been here five times, they replaced gasket seals twice and replaced the compressor and there is still ice build up in the entire back of the refrigerator and water drips from the top shelf onto the shelf below. Our items are freezing to the shelf as the ice builds from the vents onto the shelf. Behind the vegetable and fruit drawers there is very heavy ice build up that also gets into the drawers. This going on for over nine months with no results with the repairs made. The repair company now refuses to come out again. I believe a replacement is warranted at this point. The repairs are not working.

Spacious, love the way it makes ice and the filtered water is excellent. Only one complaint, comes with way too much packaging/plastic wrap that can't be easily removed. Be sure to invest in stainless steel wipes, there isn't much fingerprint-resistance on this one.

My refrigerator is the best. It keeps everything super cold. I had to move the temp up a bit because everything was a bit too cold. I believe my investment was worth it.

Over all this is what we was expecting and the look and design was great to fit out kitchen. The only thing I can make a compliment about is the right side door sticks out more then the left side door. I tried adjusting it and leveling it more with no improvement but it steal seals well. Great overall.

I love the refrigerator, water maker and ice maker, it's quiet, the ice maker makes a little noise when dumping and filling up the trays, but that is to be expected. It does keep temperature and plenty of ice. The only things I noticed is there's no butter compartment and the shelves are a little tricky to adjust. If you want to put milk cartons in the door, the compartments above will be to close together.

My old refrigerator died suddenly and I was in need of a new one pretty quick. I was able to locate this one in stock and was able to pick it up and bring it home next day. So far, it is doing great! Hoping that it lasts longer than the old one did. My only suggestion would be to make all of the refrigerators with the no fingerprint, smudge proof doors.

Not so wonderful....I needed a new refrigerator so I purchased the Frigidaire with the thought that it would wow me. Not so much. It was great for a few days and then took a turn for the worse. The smell of burning plastic started to permeate through the fridge and freezer. So ok, maybe it's because it's new. Wrong. The freezer started to thaw. Ice maker made it's own schedule of when to make ice and when to defrost it! Freezer completely stopped working and service was called. That made everything worse! Not sure how a brand new fridge needs service but ok. Within 2 days, the temperature climbed to the 70 degree mark!! I am now waiting for a new, NEW Frigidaire and all I can say is that I hope I can make this 1 star review a 5 star review.

I love my refrigerator. I love the bright white lights in the refrigerator. It makes finding things in the back so much easier. I love the cool drawer with the little grooves so my beer and cokes don™™t roll around. And I love the ice size.
