The flap on the right French door that secures the cold in the refrigerator does not automatically retract all the time. If we don't pay attention the flap slams into the left door when we try to close the right door. Not a positive action. No idea how to solve this. I was disappointed that the water dispensed was not cold. The smart a-s comment in the manual that said if I wanted cold water I should add ice didn't help much either. Not as high a quality as I would have expected from an Electrolux product.

It™™s a pretty good refrigerator. The drawers don™™t feel super sturdy. There™™s not much room for taller items like beverages. We end up laying some flat. Lots of space for all other shapes!

We had to buy the counter depth version of the standard we had because the door was hitting the pantry door. I thought I could put up with the standard but I™™m very happy we switched. Stainless definitely needs wiped down a lot because of little kid fingerprints but the handles hide lots of smudges. Everything works great so far and there™™s lots of shelving to maximize space in the smaller model.

My new counterdepth frenchdoor refridgerator is wonderful. The layout holds everything and contents are easy to see and access. Much easier to clean, both inside and out. The freezer on the bottom works well and I especially like the sliding freezer drawer. Definitely reccomend this!

After less than two years of use, the wheels that allow the drawers to glide out started breaking. Then the hinges of one of the french doors broke. Then another hinge broke. Then the wires came loose. We now have a three-year old fridge that cannot properly seal because it JUST KEEPS BREAKING. I am so disappointed in Frigidaire. This fridge is excellent for a family, but after normal daily use, I can't believe that so many things are broken. I would not purchase another Frigidaire refrigerator in the future.

The fridge freezes food in the back of the fridge. The most annoying part is the ice maker noises, it makes horrific noises and ice gets stuck. We have the repair man here several times and the only solution is to tilt it backwards and turn up the temperature of the fresh area? Also is not smudge proof. Beware!

I like the space, but the doors are scratched and will take 3-6 months to be replaced, they slam upon closing, there are ice cube pieces that don™™t go into the glass, and the water valve has to be lined up just right so it all goes into the glass.

This 21.7 Cu Ft model was bought after the 4.5 yr old Kenmore that came with the house had a compressor failure. Of course out of warranty!So, trying to act quickly, stay within a $2400 price range, and find a model actually available, this one won on all 3 counts.While it is performing as promised, and has a nice, organizable interior, it is noisy at times. As if announcing each of its plumbing functions, all are heard, from water intake within the unit, to ice making, to the gushing of its water dispenser, this fridge really makes its presence known!Seems Frigidaire cut costs and gave this model minimal insulation. But if it's an appliance as something like a new pet you're looking for, this will answer that search, and keep your food fresh and safe and your beverages iced!

We purchased a new home, and this counter depth fridge for our new kitchen. Love the aesthetic! We™™ve enjoyed the convenience of the French doors, freezer drawer, and ice/water machine. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because of a few small matters. I™™ll note that one the plastic door-shelves broke within the first two months. We™™ve been able to fix this ourselves for the time being. Also, the bottom of the fridge has a cover that repeatedly falls off.. This is minor and an easy fix, just a small inconvenience.Overall- very happy with our choice! Despite the two small issues, I wouldn™™t change my choice in purchasing.

WE PURCHASED THIS FRIDGE & WE'VE HAD TO HAVE IT REPLACED TWICE WITHIN 8 MONTHS DUE TO THE MAIN DOORS BEING DENTED WHEN IT ARRIVES. SOMEWHERE IN THE CONFUSION, FRIGIDAIRE SENT 2 NEW DOOR REPLACEMENTS TO OUR HOME. WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO LET THEM KNOW WE DIDN'T REQUEST THESE, THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE ANY RECORDS OF OUR PAST ISSUES NOR THESE DOOR REPLACEMENTS. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL/EMAIL ME BACK WITH AN UPDATE BUT I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE. NOW IM STUCK WITH 2 HUGES BOXES IN MY LIVING ROOM WITH NOWHERE TO STORE THEM. I'VE CALLED A NUMBER OF TIMES BUT NOBODY ANSWERS ANYMORE & THEIR CHAT SYSTEM IS DOWN. THERE ISN'T EVEN A "CUSTOMER EMAIL" OPTION TO SEND MY MESSAGES TO. This refrigerator is just perfect for my cottage. It has ample room inside while not taking up too much space on the outside. The adjustable shelves allow me to adapt as needed. The quality seems to be exceptional, with no concerns as of yet.
