I got bed bugs unfortunately and this dryer is not hot enough to kill them when set to high heat and for 90 minutes. I even tried a super small load with the same results. The hot water is killing them more than the dryer. It should be the opposite. I am now going to have to take tons of bags of clothing to the laundromat during the pandemic. Plus I already wasted a solid month drying them to no avail. If there is any way to get this dryer hotter let me know.

I bought this a couple of years ago and it was in it's box while my remodel was in process. I've been using this machine for a few months, but I'm frustrated because it doesn't tell when the cycle is over so you can add softener. The "save water" isn't really practical, because it saves on water, but doesn't rinse clothes properly leaving streaks of dirt/lint on clothes; in the black clothes it leaves white marks of lint, soap, dirt.. or who knows what. If put in the dryer without removing streaks, the clothes dry with those marks on them. Really bad! It also has a locking feature that is annoying as heck. If I forgot to put one piece of clothes, I have to stop the cycle and wait almost a minute for it to unlock, and what happens if the lock breaks down and doesn't release the cover, the clothes get stuck inside? not good! very disappointed. I paid a little extra for this machine because I trusted Frigidaire to be a reputable brand.

I HAVE OWNED THIS WASHER/DRYER AROUND 4 YEARS AND JUST GOT A REPAIR ESTIMATE FOR BAD MOTOR AND GEAR CASE. NO WAY THIS SHOULD BE A PROBLEM WITH MACHINE BEING LESS THAN 5 YEARS OLD. I AM ALSO BEING TOLD THAT PARTS NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL AROUND DEC 2020. THIS WOULD BE A JOKE IF I HAD SEVERAL WASHING MACHINES SITTING AROUND THAT I COULD USE WHILE I AM WAITING FOR PARTS. We have only owned this since late 2016 and I have had an issue with this model not filling the tub with water even after replacing the door lock for the washer. I am a little irritated as this product is now discontinued which makes it a lot harder to find cheaper parts.

Bought 3 years ago. Dryer stopped working. Frigidaire authorized repairman made many trips and ordered many parts (2 control boards and motors) and many calls to Frigidaire. Bottom Line dryer cannot be fixed buy a whole new stack unit. I'm giving them a 1 only b/c 0 is not an option.

We have had this machine for less than four years and have had to have it professionally repaired at least three times. And this is the second unit - the first was was truly a "lemon" that didn't work immediately upon setup. The first repair was during the warranty period, but after that, we were out of luck. We're currently waiting for the repairperson yet again - and we have stacks of laundry that we can't wash. The advice we keep getting is that we have to "reset" it (basically cut off the power and have it start up again), but even that's stopped working. The washer won't drain and the lid locks, trapping our clothes inside. A major appliance should be dependable for more than four years - but this one hasn't been reliable from the start. It feels too soon to buy a whole new washer/dryer (especially since the dryer works), but this has been really frustrating.

bought this 28 months ago sept 2017 and this unit has been Flawless until 5 days ago. the locking lid wouldnt release after a large wash cycle. after 20 nibs the lock released. now the washer wont start because the stupid locking lid mech wont engage. what a dumb idea to protect us from a spinning drum... how stupid are people that a lock on a washer lid is a addition to prevent us from UNdue harm . IMHO.. if you are stupid enough to not know that you shouldn't take cloths out os a washer drum that is spinning, then maybe you deserve what you Get . so now i am tring to contact repair people in my area and s ofar out od 5 contacted, agter i give them the model number they say they dont work on Frigidaire units,, ughh

I am living in an apartment building where I pay a rental fee for this unit and am extremely disappointed in how this functions. It doesn't fill with enough water to adequately clean the clothes. I can not get any warm or hot water and it has been suggested by the maIntenance person that it because I always wash small loads & the washer starts with cold. This doesn't make sense to me. I should be able to wash small loads & have warm or hot water if I want. Also if you stop the dryer before the time selected and try to start a new load, it only completes the time left originally selected.

I bought this machines but don't know how much electricity it needs. In Afghanistan normal Voltage is 220 50hz. When I switch it on it doesn't worker only dryer works but not washing machine. I also use stabilizer input 220 and output 110. Kindly help what should I do

I am here to report that this model looks pretty but will cost you money because it is a lemon. We bought this one tear and 2 months ago, and the dryer just stopped working. We have had 2 repair people come and both are befuddled because they have checked all the wiring and replaced all the parts. No issues with our power, and the washer still works fine. I appreciate the response to "call customer service: but I did and got no where with that excuse, so please spare me the generic reply. At this point all I can do is hope someone does not lose their money from the purchase or repairs like we have. I also called and no recall on parts either. Just a bad, bad machine. Definitely a turn off to buy anymore Frigidaire products.

Very disappointed! The clothes are so wrinkled out of washer that even drying for a few minutes doesn™™t help. I iron everything even tee shirts. Also, dark items have white streaks in several places so bad I need a wet cloth to scrub it off before I iron. Would love to get rid of this thing but don™™t want to pay for another brand.

I was disappointed to find that this model does not have a quick wash cycle or an energy saver feature. It is generally too long for washing and gets very noisy during the spin cycles. Also, the capacity of the dryer seems to be much less than for the washer, which means I have to dry the load in two parts instead of one.

I bought the product 3 years ago, it takes 5 repairs, it has an excessively long wash cycle (more than 1 hour), the technicians seeing the equipment only indicate that they are a headache. Definitely not recommended.

Have had this unit for 1 year. Washer / dryer seem to work fine. It's at our lake house so have not used a lot. Problem is it beeps 3 times every 2 hours 24 hours a day. If we lived there it would drive me mad. I also hear the washer lid lock and unlock when not in use. There are no lights on this model, only knobs

I bought a stack washer and dryer with the same features as this one in Oct of 15. It has been a problem since right after I got it. The agitator that recedes when the cycle is done has been eating my clothing and sheets and this time a shower curtain. Every time this happens, I have to call a repair man and it costs $120 each time. I have talked with someone at Frigidaire with out much help. I feel that either this is a problem in the design or with my particular washer. It is expensive and it causes me much frustration and I would not buy a washer with this feature again

I have a 2017 unit, all has been good up until now, like other I see it stops mid cycle and won™™t drain. I had two guys come in that said we can™™t dupliacte so it™™s fine but if it happens again they will come back and change either the main board or the timer. Seems way to early to have to replace parts. So sad.

Been using it 6 months now and it gets the clothes really clean. It was the only stackable I found without a washing machine aggitator and had a large enough drum to wash comforters which is what I was looking for. The control knobs are very basic and I do wish it showed where it was at in the cycle and how many minutes left on the dryer and washer is a bit noisy, but over all I am very happy with it. This was the only version available in stock at Home Depot when I bought it. I wish I had seen the other stackables you have with more features, because I probably would have purchased one of those instead.

We bought one of these machines and it was nothing but problems we managed to limp it for 3yrs b4 both the washer and dryer broke. With in the first couple months washer stopped draoning because some how something got in the pump then about 4m later the dryer broke having to replace the drum and screws then a few months later a belt came off the dryer and few months after that the washer stop ringing the clothes and then the dryer broke again. The company we bought it through tried replacing it with a used one of the same model which had a crack in the drain hose. I would not buy another of these they were nothing but a headache.

I bought this unit about a year ago and has been a huge problem. A week into having it a sheet was pulled under the bottom washer plate, waited a week for repairman. It consistently does this every month or so. I have learned how to loosen the bottom plate and extricate my laundry, sometimes there is damage to my clothing. Ihave now noticed that my whites are becoming grays. I don™™t think it is cleaning my clothes properly. Going to start shopping for a new unit, trust me it won™™t have just the bottom plate, I think perhaps the agitator is the way to go.

Broke down after only 1 year and 1 month use. Bought "warranty.", and repairmen can't fix it. Locks up and turns off with tub filled with water and your clothes. "Repairmen" - two guys that had to call someone on a cell phone to talk their way through "repairs" that lasted one wash cycle. Finally came back, did one cycle, and then again, it's broken

bought this over a month ago and am currently satisfied with it. usually things don't start to go wrong till after the warranty runs out . which is usually a year after you have been using them. that's the reason that some have a one year warranty.everything depend on how often it's used and how much you put in each load. be reasonable and remember to separate colors.

I live in a rental property and they have this model in the unit. It works ok, but the washing machine does not wash darks! It always leaves a white residue on anything dark. I have even bought detergent specifically for dark clothes and nothing. Is it user error? Please I hope someone can help me with this problem.

Model #FFLE3911QW is THEE worst Laundry Center that I have ever purchased. I bought it for my son and his fiancee last Christmas. I have a Frigidaire Laundry Center from 2013 that I absolutely LOVE and spent months talking the kids into going with the brand. Right away, we didn't like that this model didn't have an agitator... but it was the latest model, so we trusted Frigidaire and bought it. Right away it was very loud with a terribly disturbing grinding noise. I MEAN LOUD! Not quiet like my 2013 model. Called a repairman in from the place of purchase, but they couldn't find anything wrong and "weren't allowed" to comment on the grinding noise. And now, one year to the day I bought it, THE PUMP IS DEAD and the lemon won't drain. This model has turned the whole experience of buying my kids a wonderful gift for their new home into a nightmare. And now, we are stuck with a $1200 worthless lemon. I did purchase an extended warranty and will have to call the repairman out again.. but beyond mad! I see now there is a new model out already- only one year later that is back to having an agitator. How can I trade this stupid worthless thing in for a different model type? As of right now, I regret that I trusted this model and I didn't get a different brand.

This washer and dryer set is the biggest mistake of my life. It literally ruins all of my clothes. My own fault for buying such a cheap set when I have a lot of nice clothing, but a heads up to others do not purchase this. Leaves residue all over your clothes, and barely even washes them. The thing doesn™™t even spin, I guess that™™s maybe part of its ™efficiency™ concept, but this thing makes my life harder. Can™™t wait to sell my place and something that does its job, this thing is so bad it™™s bringing the value down on my condo.

I purchased the laundry center six months ago. It fits perfectly and looked great. Recently I discovered rust from the top of the washer barrel 1/3 of the way down, the seam is rusted to the bottom. I am heartbroken that this appliance is so poorly made. At times the dryer and the washer fail to turn on.

We purchased this 2.5 years ago for our family of 3 and now use it for our family of 4. We had problems from the beginning with the drainage that required costly repairs (new parts) within the first 6 months. Then we had the same issues 6 months later. 2.5 years in, we still have issues with this product!! Very disappointed in our purchase and frustrated at the lack of customer service and lack of available troubleshooting. I am sitting in a laundromat currently writing this review...The most recent issue - our power was turned off for routine neighborhood maintenance (the washer was not being used at the time) and when the power came back on, washer would not start a cycle. We checked the circuit breaker, unplugged and plugged the unit back in, even tried the ™lift the washer door 6 times to reset™ suggestion we found online. The washer starts the load, the door locks, runs about 5 seconds (sensing, no water yet), then clicks off and beeps as if the load is finished and the door unlocks. This is absurd and infuriating.I would love to hear from someone regarding these issues. I want to like the laundry center. It was a good price, simple and straightforward, no frills, and that™™s why we purchased it. However, we are certain we will avoid anything Frigidaire from here on out. As landlords for other apartments, we will not put these laundry systems in our units.

I purchased in the spring in anticipation of the completion of my new mother in law residence. It was installed in August. So far I love it. I had ordered from Home Depot without actually seeing this model. The size of the washer is amazing. It is a full capacity washer. It is no louder than any other washer I™™ve owned. It has a good range of settings as well. Just fill it, out the detergent in the fill area at the top, close it and start. The dryer also surprised me with its large capacity. It drys a normal size load quickly and fairly quietly. It turned out to be a bit large for the area I have. I considered returning it because of that but now that I™™ve used it I™™m convinced I won™™t find a better choice.

I bought this unit in March of this year. It has no softener dispenser and a locking lid. Even washing on the delicate cycle, the clothes all come our a wrinkled mess! You have no idea which cycle the washer is on. There is no buzz or anything to let you know when the dryer is done. The beep beep to show end of wash is so weak that you must be in same room to hear it. The wash cycle takes over an hour! I would never recommend this to anyone!!!

One minute it works fine. The next it is beeping three times in the middle of a cycle and stopping everything. Cycles never finish and it is the most frustrating experience ever. Do not buy this product. I have to go to a laundromat to wash my clothes while this sits unused and unable to work consistently.

I've had this unit for about 6 weeks and like everything about it---EXCEPT that the water level is about one-half of what I had with a previous (similar but larger) product. LIfting the lid in the middle of the wash cycle, I see that the top half of the clothes are only partially wet. Also, for such small loads, it has a really long wash cycle. Is this normal?

I had this machine for less than 6 months and the dryer element box burnt out. Not only that the motor also burnt out. They sent someone to fix it and when they turned the power on, the element box burnt out again. A whole month without a product they have no shame to still charge me for.

We purchased this unit to fit the constraints of the location where it was to be installed. I am adjusting to the design but am well pleased with the efficiency, ease of use, etc. I just wish the dryer had a bell to let you know when it is finished.
