Bought this unit to replace an old no longer working window AC of a different brand. We have been very happy with this unit. Seems to cool faster an colder than the other unit. Really like the feature of smart connect. Very Happy.

This was a warranty replacement. The ac works great even with the high temps and high humidity. Customer service was so great. It only took one call and I received a replacement unit within a week. Thank you Frigidaire customer service, other companies need to take lessons from you.

I bought the unit at BJ's and placed it in my bedroom, set the temp at 62 and leftthe door closed for about an hr. The room did not cool and felt warm all night long.The unit doesnt seem to be kicking out a lot of cool air.

Just purchased this unit as it is going to be getting much hotter outside. Open it up to discover it is missing half of the mounting hardware, including the screws and frames and lock. Unacceptable for such an expensive purchase.

Purchased May 2019, turned on yesterday and the fan is making a loud noise. Impossible to sleep. We measured the noise level, was 66 dB. We thought that the air conditioner was bad, exchange it. The noise level was the same. This air conditioner is not for the bedroom.

This unit is great for the price. Cools decently. Everyone is complaing about how loud it is but call me crazy I love it! The noise puts me to sleep. Only problem is there is no drain on the bottom. The water sits in the bottom and hits the fan and makes swishing noise that is annoying. Usually there™™s a hose on the bottomBut not on this unit for some reason. Other than that it cools the room well along with the central air because in the south these things are life savers!! And love the remote but it doesn™™t have a back light to see at night!! Bummer my old one had a light.

We purchased our new AC unit on sale and we were super excited until about a week after we bought it. It *barely* cools off our room. It never goes below 76 degrees in our bedroom, which is just barely big enough to comfortably fit a king sized bed. I cleaned the filter, reset the power cable button, and tried leaving the unit off for a day to see if it was just being overused and got too hot (???). As of right now, I definitely wouldn™™t recommend this to anyone that needs/wants a working unit.

I bought it a week ago works very good, cools down my room very fast and I love the design. Super quiet. Downside wish the remote had backlight on it so you can see the screen at night. Other than that I would highly recommend.

I don't see one on this unit. My smaller one has a hole this one I don't see any...I can hear the fan hitting the water it's getting full.. There are 3 metal circles but they don't come off..a friend told me that your supposed to remove a plug.. What plug.. the instructions should say if we need to do that or where the drain hole is located. Looking at the unit outside and I don't see any holes.. Bothers the heck out of me
