We haven't used this appliance yet, as we bought it during the colder months. But we look forward to using it and hope it lives up to its name. I will say in the past, we've always had good luck with all of our Frigidaire appliances.

Works just fine. I was confused about the stryrofoam inside the unit, not realizing it wasn't packing material, so I pulled some out; not enough to affect the air quality, luckily.

Purchased this to replace an existing unit after 22 years. It was easy to install though heavy at 100 lbs. The mounting came with Triangle supports so no need to purchase additional brackets. The unit is quiet, strong, easily directed airflow and adjustable for fresh air or recirculate. The remote has remote sensing for temperature and it controls all of the functions. The only negative is that the remote does not indicate the status of the machine or the temperature setting. The unit works great and I am very happy with the purchase. Looking forward to many years of service.

This is a great air conditioner. Our place is actually larger than specified, and it handles it no problem. We use a shop fan to circulate the cool air even farther. Really nice in these hot hot times.
