I brought my refrigerator from a local store. The refrigerator is the black stainless which is beautiful. It is a nice size., The refrigerator only has one negative thing, is 2 of the shelves on the door crack not even 10 days after I purchased it. I am alone so it differently was not over loaded.

Purchased this refrigerator for a business. It was delivered and as others have stated, the delivery men did not complete the installation. I had to install all the hardware. A few weeks later the refrigerator was making noise and the cooler was not cooling. (Freezer did work however). I found the noise was due to a broken condenser fan motor blade. Its made of plastic and broke and was hitting its housing. I wrote Frigidaire twice and never heard from them though I received confirmations on them going to call me in a few days, TWICE!!! But yet i received an email from them to write a review! I ended up purchasing the part and repairing the refrigerator myself. I was even able to get the cooler part working. I was hesitant on purchasing a Frigidaire because of their terrible reputation. I am an Engineer for a multi billion dollar company and will be avoiding and advising to avoid Frigidaire at all costs.

This is a nice little fridge except for one thing - there are no lips on the shelves. When I move one thing on any shelf, many items fall out of the fridge. Yes, it is level. We have ice trays in the freezer and the ice in the trays is level. It is just so annoying and it seems like it would be an easy fix.

I like it. It's smaller than my last one and yet it seems like everything fits in it better. Also I wasn't sure I would like the wire racks instead of glass shelves but so far I like them. Only issues might be that the top of the fridge is slightly rounded so I can't fit as much on the top as I did on my old one. Also it makes some strange noises sometimes that make me feel like it's about to break down but my last one did that too so maybe that's just how fridges sound these days.

Bought the refrigerator for additional space for a wedding party. Put beer and soda in and found them all frozen, busted open then next day due to freezing. Original repairman cancelled appointment and had to wait until after the wedding weekend for next one. The thermostat wires were shorted during assemble, so obviously the refrigerator was never tested before shipment.

An error occurred in my request for the doors to be mounted on the left, but since the first attempted delivery was damaged and I had to wait such a long time for the replace, I decided to keep it as received.

Our fridge is brand new but we™™ve had to have it thawed out twice because the freezer door won™™t shut tight enough without having to push hard on the door. This has resulted in the whole back of the freezer freezing and not allowing any cold air to get to the refrigerator.
