I received my new range, a Frigidaire Professional, on Dec. 28, 2021. My husband installed it because when it was delivered, our plug was not yet finished. After installation, I noticed that the drawer was not fitting correctly. The drawer was slightly damaged with some dents but that was not stopping it from closing properly. I called for a service professional to come out. The next day the hot surface light would not go off so I called again so that problem could also be addressed. The service tech found that one of the back feet was missing and that the hot surface light wire was loose. He fixed the loose wire but had to order the range foot. When he came back the foot was placed on the range but the drawer still didn™€™t sit right. I think it was probably twisted during some stage of manufacturing or shipping. The tech was able to maneuver the drawer to have it close better but not perfect. I have used the range to cook on the stove top and in the oven. The timers are very frustrating to use even after reading the instruction manual twice. The top one doesn™€™t perform well at all but the bottom one works better. The buzzer, which is suppose to be the factory setting, sounds once and cannot be heard unless you are near to it. I feel like a timer should sound more than once when the time is first depleted! Even my microwave sounds 5 times. That being said the stove top and oven perform well and I think I will enjoy using it but will be looking out for any more problems.

I really like how sturdy this range feels. It has plenty of oven space. The griddle bridge in theory is cool, but the front burner cooks way faster than the back so you have to adjust for that. When we brought bit home the feet were loose and the screws that came with it were bored out, so we had to fix that before we could even install it Also when pre-heating the oven the fan is audibly loud. Like the sound fills the room. On our model the preheat light is supposed to go off when preheated, but it doesn't, the oven temp light goes off instead. Overall we can live with the issues. We've been using for about a month and no major issues have come up.

Ordered in March and date of delivery was continually moved back, finally until March of the following year. Miraculously, the oven became available and was delivered in November. However, the touch control interface was not working for the installer. The clock and timer would only allow you to set 1-2 minutes before locking in the time. One evening, standing 15 feet away from the range, the touch control started setting itself with no one near it. How did something like this not get checked at the factory? It took 3 weeks for someone to come out and replace this touch panel, and it's a poor design... very finicky. I'm thinking I should have just stayed with my 20 year old Kenmore that had much easier push button controls.

delivered with wrong oven control knobs

our new frigidaire range was delivered and set up by employees of the store where it was purchased. Model fpef3007qfp was delivered with the same oven mode knob on both the mode and temperature selector controls. This wasn't expected or discovered until after the setup crew had left. Without the temperature control temp setting, the oven is impossible to set to a given temperature and is useless. Repeated contact with the store had them searching the country to find the right replacement knob for the temperature control. They said they obtained one replacement, only to find it was the same mode knob . Latest conversation with the store indicates that the correct knob is likely unavailable until sometime in November due to logistics problems. This is an unlikely and rare problem, but nonetheless it incapacitates the oven on a new $1,000+ appliance. Even after the store contacted Frigidaire for help, the company was unable to come up with a $10? knob to solve the problem. I realize that logistic problems exist with the current pandemic mess, but to wait until November for a simple part when the range was delivered the end of August is entirely unacceptable. The store has offered to exchange the range for a different brand, but they don't have a comparable appliance in stock and are unable to verify when one can be obtained. Very disappointed in the quality control of the manufacturer to let something like this slip through to distributor/retail store and then not be able to remedy the problem in a reasonable amount of time.

I have had this stove almost a year and love it. The bridge feature is so convenient for pancakes or cooking anything in a large griddle pan. The oven heats up faster than any other oven I have owned. It works flawlessly. I love the analog controls. They are intuitive and makes things simple. I don't need digital temperature setting as I have never seen a recipe say to bake at 358 degrees - that precision is not needed :)The racks are nice, the door to the oven is solid and large viewing area. The convection works better than other convections I have owned - definitely cooks evenly. The burners work as you would expect them to. It is consistent with other flattop ovens for clean-up. Overall, great purchase and thoroughly satisfied.

Selected the Frigidaire Professional after a lot of research. Had to purchase electric free standing. The stove top provides great even heating and the pilots heat can really be adjusted per the knobs. So you can boil water quickly or slow cook a sauce so it does not burn. The oven bakes and roasts really well. Best feature is the stove top is easy to clean and keep clean. Clean it after every use. Read the instructions prior to use. Instructions mentioned air vent would release steam when oven in use, so that was no surprise. Overall easy and simple to use.

Love the oven, but struggle with the glass top.

The oven is lovely and goes with all of the other pieces of this line. It works well as promised. My only issue is that as a glass top it is very sensitive and a challenge to clean. I have had many glass tops but this one is significantly more sensitive and challenging.

Well with Covid, we ordered thinking it would be 4-6 weeks before we would get it. One week after ordering it was here! It has been easy to learn to operate all the functions. Enjoy all the burner options. Baked items are coming out great. My only negative is keeping stainless on the back where the knobs are looking clean. Has a tendency to look streaked.Overall we are very satisfied with it!

It hasn™€™t been a month yet but so far I have zero complaints. I™€™ve used it for cooking and roasting. I™€™m looking forward to baking with it soon!!

Disappointed

I bought this stove 3 weeks ago. It is a Frigidaire Gallery electric range with airfryer.I waited for this stove to back in stock . I am disappointed with the stove but the I bought a Frigidaire Gallery electric range with Air Fryer.Install was good. I was replacing a 10 year old Samsung that the oven went out and the tech said he couldn't get parts. My stove was in excellent condition and looked brand new especially the cooktop and it was really used over the years. The Frigidaire looks good , no complaints there. I liked that it has a temperature probe that I haven't tried out yet. The air fryer makes the stove extremely hot so I would not let the kids use it. And No airfryer tray so I purchased one from Frigidaire. nothing special but expensive. I would not have purchased this stove if I had know the timer is that just a timer. Does not shut the oven off which isn't a good safety feature. Now for the cooktop. There is a blimish on my cooktop and a small scratch. I discovered it after waxing it with cooktop cleaner. It looks dull in those places and not as black as the rest of the top. it looks like 2 fingerprints. But after taking a closer look they are not fingerprints and are permanent. I am over the whole waiting and the expense of the whole deal. Frustrating to say the least. I should be excited but sadly I am not so I guess I'm just stuck....
