We™™ve been using this freezer for about 2 months and really love it. It holds tons of food and nothing gets lost in the back since it™™s counter depth. The only improvement I can think of is regarding the ice maker. It™™s located on the top shelf and it makes it difficult to access for shorter people or just for a quick water bottle refill.

I like the look and the added space that separate units provide. However, I had to replace 7 year-old units. I'm not sure I would have purchased the same set if I hadn't locked into them when house was built. Hope these last longer than 7 years.

I purchased this freezer and fridge combo for a new home we are building. We've have completed constrcution and moved in last week and are enjoying the pair. They have a striking presence that everyone oohhhhs and ahhhhs over. But they also have lots of room and good storage. I look forward to many years of use.

I love the lighting and the amount of shelves and bins this freezer has. The simplicity of this freezer tells me that there is little that will go wrong with this appliance. My only complaint was that this freezer was priced at $1,500 for most of 2019. Suddenly, the price doubled to $3,000 and became impossible to find.

Lots of space and storage and I can see and find everything. We don't need the back-up fridge/freezer. A little hard to reach the ice maker which is up high and there isn't an ice dispenser from the outside. Biggest complaint is that the suction to keep the temperature in the freezer (that part is great) is so good, that it's a tug on the door to open it and usually the freezer moves some. We often have to push the freezer back in. I'm still experimenting on the best way to open it with the least amount of movement - quick tug, pull, 2 hands where one is bracing on the frame of the freezer while the other hand pulls on the door.

The freezer has tripped the breaker repeatedly for 6 months. After more than 10 technician visits and countless hours spent on the phone with customer service, Frigidaire finally sent a letter with a process to claim a 100% rebate on a replacement. BUT this model is discontinued and the rebate expires in 2 weeks?!?!? My fridge and freezer need to match, but they will not agree to replace the fridge as well. Now I have to spend more hours trying to find a discontinued freezer. My advice to you - don't ever buy a Frigidaire product!

This completes the look we were going after in our kitchen. Combined with the fridge and the trim kit, this fridge looks like a masterpiece. I™™ve read a few people didn™™t like the noise the cones from the fridge or freezer. I wasn™™t worried about it and don™™t have a problem with it. I™™d guess it™™s a little louder than most fridges, but I™™d say that™™s due to the fact that there™™s two compressors. Doesn™™t bother us and we love this setup.

Purchased the set. Both together are a great value and look nice. Would be great if they had a filtered water feature, but not a huge issue. Also, they are a little loud for high end products. With today™™s technology, these should be almost silent in my opinion.

I bought this freezer to pair with a single door refrigerator for our mudroom. It is spacious and the layout makes it very useful! It looks great, too! The only complaint I have is that it periodically makes a strange, loud noise. I intend to contact Frigidaire to address this.

We bought this about a month ago and love it! I am able to organize all my freezer items and no longer have to dig to find something or worry about something not getting used because it is lost at the bottom. It is quiet and very nice looking besides being useful!

Initially, I loved this freezer. The ice maker was producing multiple pans of ice in a 24 hour period. however, it suddenly stopped producing ice as frequently. Down to 1/2 pan of ice every 24 hours. I had a service call and they replaced the ice maker. Worked initially, then again, went down to 1/2 pan in a 24 hour period. Scheduled another service call. On the day of the service call, the repair shop called and said that Electrolux will not pay for the service call because it is working as designed - which is 1 pan of ice every THREE days. Seriously? In what world is that an acceptable level of ice production? Couldn't be more disappointed with Electrolux. It was because of the longevity and lack of problems with my central vacuum (Electrolux) that I went this route with refrigerator and freezer. I cannot in good faith recommend this product based on the service they now provide. I so wanted to love it.

I like the freezer but there are a few features I believe could be improved. The soft freeze zone door does not stay closed. The other drawer keeps coming open whenever you open the freezer. The actual door to the freezer locks shut and is very difficult to open frequently. The last problem is that the ice maker is very slow. Sometimes only one piece of ice comes out at a time.

Purchased all Frigidaire Professional series appliances for our new home. Everything works great but the finish on our refrigerator and freezer looks hammered. Fortunately, new doors have been ordered and will be replaced. I am thankful for the response from Frigidaire on correcting the issue. Doors are on back order but hopefully arrive sometime in August.

This is the second Frigidaire single door freezer we've owned. The first one had to be left at the house we sold. It was 10 years old and still running great. We didn't even look at any other refrigerator/freezer's when we were choosing appliances for our new house.

Unit purchased approximately 15 months ago and would not hold temperature - unit would freeze contents as low as 24 d F and would exceed thermostatic setting by as much as 10 d F. In short, (2) appliance service technicians from (2) different companies could not solve issue, despite component replacement. The last sensor replacement (2nd of same sensor replaced by appliance repair company #2) resulted in unit no longer cooling and food spoiling. aesthetically, unit looks nice mated with freezer only unit (so far this unit is working as normal) when trim kit is used.

We have owned our new freezer for six months, and it doesn't stay cold. We purchased it from Kustom Kitchens in Fresno, and they have been out to look at it and know there is a major problem. They say it is under review with the manufacturer. All we know is it has taken weeks to figure out. The alarm goes off in the middle of the night to let us know it's getting too warm. We are hoping for a brand new one and praying it works perfectly. Maybe we just got a lemon.

Bought the set of freezer and refrigerator with trim kit. It looks great and worked fine for 8 months then the fridge developed a leak and lost the freon. It was still under warranty and was fixed. Let's hope it keeps working. We purchased an extended 5 year warranty just in case.

I™™ve only had this for 3 months. It came with our new construction home. At the time of closing we were missing one of the glass shelves as well as one That attaches to the door so we were fairly limited in storage. Now that we have everything, we™™re very happy with it. I had read reviews about the compressor being very loud but either we got lucky, or they™™ve fixed that problem. We dont feel it is noisy at all. We did buy the extended warranty because of several reviews saying how quickly parts failed. Hope we don™™t have to use it. So far, so good!

Bought a brand new unit and it quit working after 14 months. Of course that is just outside of the warranty period so we were on our own to fix it. Had it repaired and two weeks later the freezer stopped working again. Looks great, but apparently we got a lemon.

We bought our newly constructed house two months, it came with the appliances already installed. This freezer/refrigerator is annoying - it is way to noisy. When it turns on to cool, the whining starts and is really loud. So much so, that you can hear it in the adjoining laundry room. Since we have a great room situation, we can hear it in the living room area. We had a Frigidaire technician come out - basically he said SOL. He called the Technical Service Department and they told him that there was nothing they would do. So we are stuck. NOT HAPPY...

I bought this unit with the matching full size refrigerator and the built in trim kit, what a great addition to our new kitchen. Bright, lots of storage and works really well. The ice maker is fantastic and the soft freeze area is perfect for ice cream.
