Dishes get clean. Walls never dry

I bought this a few months ago and love it. It cleans the dishes spotless even after sitting inside the dishwasher for a few days. I was told not to rinse the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher so I tested it with a pan that had macaroni and cheese still in it and it came out spotless. Also very quiet.

We looked at lots of dishwasher reviews for lots of different brands. It seems hard to figure out what is the truth many times when reading them. We have had ours 2 weeks now and love it. It is so much quieter than our previous Kenmore. And at our home, with city water and no softener, the dishes come out spotless. Way better than our previous Kenmore. There are many ideas of affordable, but this really seemed to be priced well when we compared it with many others. It fit our budget perfect.

Very happy with how quiet the dishwasher is. The connections were easy to make. More room in the back than the previous Kitchenaid dishwasher for those connections. Let us put the drain and supply further back in the cupboard next to it. The interior size is huge. Lets you adjust the top shelf height for larger or shorter items. Only complaint is that the flatware holder only fits on one side of the lower drawer. Hard for my wife to have to reach across it to put items in.

This is super quiet! I have to keep checking if it is running. The only thing I dont quite like is it isnt flush with cabinet..but not a deal breaker. I'm assuming this one is deeper. Great can only use silverware basket on one side

Where our dishwasher is located it is to the right of the sink and having to reach to the far side of the lower basket is difficult. Awkward to pull the full basket out as well.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this dishwasher and I'm very happy with my purchase. I can't believe how quiet it is. The dishes are nice and clean. I use the extended dry and it works great. I love how the top rack is adjustable. I often lower it to fit our large glasses and travel coffee mugs. If I had to list a con, I would say that the lower panel is cheap, it's plastic. Other then that it's a great dishwasher so far!

So far we are delighted with this dishwasher. We have an open plan kitchen/living room, so the noise of our old dishwasher was quite annoying. The old one was an 8 year old Kitchenaid, similar model to this new one. We can barely hear this new one, really only when the water is draining. It also is doing a great job of washing the dishes, much better than our old one. So far, so great!

Better than expected

Extremely happy with adjustable upper rack. Very easy to load and change height even when fully loaded. Normal cycle is a little long, however overall very pleased with my choice

Bought this Kitchen Aid dishwasher a month ago. Pleased with its performance. Also like the cosmetic appearance of it and the design. Quiet operation. Controls easy to use & set.

Probaby dependable; spacious, relatively quiet.

Immediately prior to this we had another brand of dishwasher which had to be repaired 5 times in less than 6 years. Wish we hadn't switched from KitchenAid as the KichenAids we have had in the past proved quite dependable. Although we have had this dishwasher for only about 1 month, I have little doubt that we will have few problems with it. I like the spaciousness of the dishwasher and can fit more in it than in the one we recently replaced. This dishwasher makes quite a bit less noise than any we have had before. I do miss the split silverware basket we most recently had but the KitchenAid is sufficiently more roomy that I don't need to remove 1 of the baskets as I frequently had to do until recently.

VERY quiet, cleans incredibly well

Bought this a month ago to replace my 20 year old Bosche and it's a VERY quiet unit much like the Bosche. Cleans very very well. Very pleased.

Fantastic Machine

I bought this dishwasher a couple of months ago. I can't believe the difference in our dishes. Everything is clean and clear, and there is no gunk in the bottom of the machine. It's racks are study and adjustable, and we couldn't be happier. Nice and quiet too.

Awesome Dishwasher

After years of thinking our old Kenmore was good enough and we just had bad water, it stopped working. I purchased the KitchenAid 46 DB after a fairly exhaustive search. Everything is coming out extremely clean and dry. We are so happy to have chosen this great machine! I was originally planning on buying a Bosch, but their narrow tines in the bottom rack were reminiscent of the ones in our old dishwasher that was difficult to use with our deeper plates. The KitchenAid is so much better in this regard. In addition, it is quieter than our old dishwasher too. I would definitely recommend this machine.

I have used a few times but I am amazed how long the wash takes and it seems I must use the extended dry feature for the dishes to be dry!
