My old stove lost its mind, literally, so had to buy a new one. I found this one and liked the features. So far it has been great, has the features I want like dual sized front burners and a warmer. Oven and burner temps seem to be true to settings and the controls are intuitive and easy to use.

Great range just needed turboboil

I had in my last house a Kenmore range with a turboboil feature. A larger place on left stovetop to quickly boil anything. Great for corn on the cob, dice red taters. Boils in minutes the turn it off and allows it to stay extremely hot for over an hour longer. I boiled hours in advance. About 15 minutes prior to meal still hot and turboboil on again in minutes then off for hot meal in minutes

Bought this range last month and I just love it! This is my first electric range since I had always had gas stove before. I was kind of anxious how it cooks but after cooking a pot of soup, spaghetti sauce and chili and did some roasting and baking too. I notice no difference at all. You get what you pay for....

I bought this about 18 months ago. Definately wish I had to do over. I agree that the stove top is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO KEEP LOOKING GOOD. I have had a black stove top before and it was much easier to keep looking good. They all need cleaning, but this one is extremely difficult to keep looking good. It takes way too long to bring water to a boil on this unit which is not a deal breaker, but more annoying. The biggest complaint I have is with the oven timer. If the oven is off (no heat) and your just using as a timer, it seems to work properly, going off until you address it, however, if the oven is on (heating), the timer will only go off 1 time and not very loud. Don't think you can walk away from the oven when baking. You will miss hearing the timer and end up with burnt food. Definately a regret for me. You can and should do better Whirlpool!

I had the stove about a month. First stove had an electrical defect and was replaced with not questions asked.That was nice and easy. Getting use to the cooking time. I have had a Whirlpool stove and refrigerator for 22 years and a front load washer and dryer for about 15 years with no problems. Very pleased with the brand. I am waiting for a refrigerator to get delivered at end of this month. I would recommend and whirlppol.

Sharp stove for the price

I was looking at a stainless model but the store was out of stock.The salesman looked in the system and found the same model in black stainless. He actually sold it to me for a little less than the regular stainless to sweeten the deal. My old range was not a Whirlpool and it didn't last 5 years. I won't make that mistake again. Bought this range to replace one I had for 19 years. The timer sound isn't loud enough. I baked rolls in the oven for the recommended time but they weren't done.

Many Year Whirlpool Buyer

I bought this appliance last month. It is a great stove. Love Whirlpool products they are usually reliable. The only problem I see is the cook top (as with all brands) can easily scratch. Hopefully they can come up with some sort of cook top protector.

I've had this oven for a few weeks and can't say enough good things about it. Love the freeze bake technology. No preheat needed is a wonderful time saver and the oven doesn't seem to heat up the house when it's in use. I'm really happy with the black stainless steel because it looks so clean. No noticeable fingerprints!

Cooks evenly-don't have to keep adjusting.

Have only had it for a few weeks, but very happy so far. The only reason I didn't give it a five is because it takes longer than my old range to heat the pressure cooker to boiling. I like how easily and well the cooking surface cleans up. I have not figured out how to use the Frozen Bake feature yet. I like that it heats evenly and cooks at an even temperature...I don't have to keep adjusting the controls.

We purchased all new appliances about 4 months ago. The stove works great. I can cook on all 4 burners. I love the option for small or large pans. The black stainless steel resists finger prints and dirt.
