Terrible Oven Does not Preheat Fast

We are very disappointed with our electric range. We have had it 6 years and the oven will not preheat to temperature fast. It takes over 40 minutes to get it to 350 degrees. I cant believe it can barely last 6 years when I paid over 1000.00 back in 2019.

WARNING Fire Hazard

I bought this oven in 2020. It stopped heating up. Pulled it out from the wall and found that the relay board nearly caught fire and burnt completely through the boiler wire. This could have burnt my entire home down and killed my family. Of course its discontinued and will cost $400+ to fix. I will never buy another LG appliance ever again. Not only a fire hazard but also an absolute complete piece of sh*t.

Didnt last very long

Range didnt last very long. We purchased it in November 2019. Here it is Oct 2024 less than 5 years in and it is dead. We smelled a plastic burning odor then the over stopped working. Wouldnt bake or broil. The problem is that with prices and repair costs where they are today it was probably cheaper in the long run to purchase a new stove than spend hundreds fixing this one. This stove wasnt inexpensive either. I would expect a stove at this price and brand to last way more than 4+ years. I doubt I will be purchasing LG products in the future

4 years old and wont heat up to the correct temperature. Called and did all the trouble shooting and smart diagnosis told me the oven didnt give an error code it would be $400 to fix Pulled the oven out from the wall and there are melted wires and burnt connections This could have burnt my house down I proceeded to look this up on google and there are many people that have the burnt and melted components with the same oven Lg needs to fix this. I dont have $400 to repair this. Seems like a huge issue with a lot of people. My old stove was almost 20 years old

Worked fairly well for 3 1/2 years. Then it started taking over 1 1/2 hours to heat up to 350 degrees. Would show an F9 code from time to time.

LG LRE3194BD Review

The stove looks really nice. It had a front door face problem with surface peeling away but LG fixed it free of charge. I was very happy with the service. I find that the surface burners run very hot. High is 9 and it goes down to 1. Water still boils on 7 and I would still consider 5 medium high. I would prefer 5 to be medium heat. It takes some getting used to. All of LGs timer tones and ready tones are pretty irritating. They should put together a group to find better sounds. However this is only a minor thing. The oven preheats pretty quickly and cooks evenly. The cleaning cycle works very well however the glass window seems to stay dirty and requires some extra attention. Even then if there is anything that has made its way between the surface cover glass and the main glass it will pretty much require difficult removal to clean.

Our oven went out about a 1 1/2 year ago. Our extended warranty repaired it. Now after our extended warranty expires our oven is not working again. We replaced our GE range that worked for 20-plus years. We only have had this since 2019.
